New Construction

A new house starts with a set of drawings and a piece of land. We read the plans for what is missing before we price anything, build the schedule around the permits, the inspections and the long-lead items, and give you an itemized estimate you can hold us to.

From the survey to the certificate of occupancy, one superintendent runs the site, and you get the progress in writing. Nothing gets closed up, not a wall or a slab, until the inspector has passed it.

02 · Services

Remodels and Renovations

A whole-home renovation is a hundred decisions, and the order matters. We walk you through the selections, from the stone to the millwork, and lock them in before demolition, so the crew never waits on a tile choice.

When we open a wall and find something, we photograph it, price it and send it to you before anyone keeps going. Kitchens and baths run in order with the trades, and the house comes back clean.

Home Additions

An addition has to look like it was always there. That means the roof lines meet cleanly, the floors sit at the same level, and the front door lands where the new plan wants it.

An addition is structural work first. We check what the existing walls and foundation can carry against what goes on top, and we read the drawings for exactly that before we price.

Commercial Construction

An office or a church answers to a board and to a date on the calendar. We build from the ground up and renovate commercial interiors across Miami-Dade for private, institutional and faith-based owners.

Our superintendent runs the site every working day. The schedule is on paper, and you get reports you can read at your desk without driving out to the job.

05 · Services

Historical Renovations

An older house in Coral Gables has a character worth keeping and, usually, a structure that needs help. We keep the original details where they are and bring the structure, the wiring, the plumbing and the finishes up to date.

Work in the historic district goes through its own review board. We handle those approvals along with the permits, and we build the schedule around how long they take.

06 · Services

Interior Buildouts

We build out the inside of a shell or an existing space, house or office, from partitions and electrical through millwork and finish. Every stage gets a permit and an inspection.

A buildout is where the finish shows. The joints, the flush transitions, the way two materials meet at a corner. We hold that work to the same standard as a whole house, because you look at it every day.
