Offices and institutional workacross Miami-Dade.
An office or a community building answers to a board and to a schedule that does not move. DAG builds ground-up and renovates across Miami-Dade for private, institutional and faith-based owners, with a superintendent on site and written reporting to the owner.
Why do owners and boards in Miami-Dade build with DAG?
An office, a school or a church has more people waiting on it than a house does. An owner, a board, a congregation. We build for all of them, on a schedule set at the start, and kept. A commercial job has more moving parts than a house, and an owner should not have to chase any of them. You get one person to call, a schedule set at the start, and a building delivered the way it was drawn, with an inspection passed at every stage along the way. You have people to answer to, and you should not need to drive to the site to know how the job is going.

Does DAG take on commercial and institutional projects?
Yes. We build commercial buildings from the ground up and renovate commercial interiors across Miami-Dade, for institutions and faith-based owners as well as private ones. A commercial job runs with our superintendent on site, a schedule set at the start, and reports to the owner in writing.
Does DAG renovate high-rise condo units?
Yes, we take on full-unit renovations in high-rise condo buildings. A condo comes with rules a house does not: building work hours, elevator reservations, association approvals, and the building engineer signing off on anything that touches the plumbing, the electrical or the slab. We build those approvals into the schedule before demolition, so they get handled instead of discovered halfway through.
Is DAG licensed and insured in Florida?
Yes. We hold a Florida certified general contractor license, and it is listed in the footer of every page. We carry insurance for the work we do. Ask any contractor for the certificate of insurance before you sign, including us. The license and the insurance are what make the permit, the inspections and the warranty mean something.
